Tavern Restaurant Group’s Kelly Schneider shares a simple and refreshing cocktail recipe that is perfect for soaking up the last few days of summer. With only a few ingredients you can easily make this at home and impress your family and friends. Below, Kelly shows us how to make the delicious Gin Garden. Enjoy!

Gin Garden


  • 1 oz. Nolet’s Gin
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Hoegaarden
  • Ice
  • 1 Orange Slice



  • Shaker Tin
  • 16 oz. Glass
  • 14 oz. Glass



  1. Add Nolet Gin, Agave Nectar and Lemon Juice into a 16oz. glass with ice.
  2. Top the glass with your shaker tin and give it a light shake.
  3. Pour into your 14oz. glass.
  4. Top glass with Hoegaarden and garnish with an orange slice

deSha’s Corn Bread Recipe


deSha’s has many delicous items on the menu but the one item we get emails about all the time is our cornbread. Rumor has it that it’s a Sanders family recipe that has been passed down through the generations. deSha’s Executive Chef, Paul Dagenbach shared the recipe and his secret to getting the perfect amount of sweetness. Oh, and of course we didn’t forget to ask him about the honey butter.
